MooreLeadsGen currently focuses its services on users and dealership partners located within the states of Missouri (MO) and Illinois (IL).

2. Information Collection

We collect information strictly through our proprietary online intake surveys. We track the advertising source that directed you to our survey using custom URLs and standard site analytics. The personal data we collect is limited entirely to the information you manually provide and submit on our forms, which may include contact details, financial history, residence, and employment status.

4. Data Sharing & Strict SMS Privacy

Contact Information: To fulfill your request, your contact information collected on the intake form is shared exclusively with the specific dealership whose advertisement directed you to our service, solely so they may contact you. Sharing this information does not grant the dealership the right or ability to enroll you in any automated messaging programs.

Survey Responses: The specific answers and data you provide within our intake surveys are used solely for our internal analytics and are never shared with our dealership partners.

This sharing strictly excludes your SMS opt-in data. Your contact information, including your phone number and mobile information, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Furthermore, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties (including our dealership partners) under any circumstances. Message frequency is 1 message per survey completion. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, and HELP for assistance.

5. Deletion Rights
